Training can be rebooked any time within the year.

21 Days+ Prior to Start Date
You can change dates simply via emailing 2thinknow. No hassles.
Please confirm with us in 24-48 hours.
You can change by +/- 1 day usually if the date is available in our calendar at no charge.
There is a 10% travel arrangements fee for more substantive changes where airfares have been arranged.
In many cases where there is no cost to us, this may be waived.
14 Days+ Prior to Start Date
You can request a change of dates via emailing 2thinknow. Please wait for our confirmation.
A flat change fee of 30% will be charged to cover travel arrangements.
Unforeseen event or emergency?
In the event of an unforeseen absence of key staff due to serious illness, or some form of emergency 2thinknow will attempt to work with you inside the 14 day window.
However, please be aware that slides will be finalized, printing done, and trainers booked with travel confirmed at this stage - so we will need to reasonably work out something.
Cancellations
There is a no cancellation policy for training except 30 days prior.
For cancellations 30 days prior, all cancellations are treated as date changes, where the training fee is held in Special Credit for 1 year from the date of booking. The Special Credit can be used for any 2thinknow product or service.
