About FinTech & Banking Innovation
What does FinTech & Banking Innovation mean to you?
This unique course teaches YOU the heads-on, nuts and bolts skills YOU need to lead (or work within) a team for innovation success.
All based on data, all based on real world, not based on 'theories' or waffle. Yes we cover the buzzwords - but every aspect of this is practical and real. Not in the way taught in most business schools, but focused solely on 'what steps do I have to do here'
Hands On REAL Financial Training - Not Theory
This course is designed for you and colleagues to develop and road-test real world plans for innovation during the course.
You will build an actual financial services innovation for your employer (current or future) while in the course!
Yes we will discuss and apply Ideation, Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Processes, Human-Centred Design and much much more. But the key is APPLY.
We want YOU to master the practical skills - not just reciting the theories. This is DIFFERENT - it's practical, hands-on, truthful, rational training based around data.
How? Unique 2thinknow Data-Backed Process
The course includes a full workup of the innovation process derived from our world-leading data set (seen in the Innovation Cities™ Index in global media from Dubai to New York to London!)
The method is for the generation and implementation of innovative solutions to customer needs, in order to create and implement new Financial innovations inside a bank or a start-up.
YOU (and your team) will learn to think creatively, and end-to-end implement real financial innovations, including customer data research, project design, project management, risk management, social media, digital innovation and more insights and developments.
We will use real market data not seen elsewhere, and top case studies globally -- all provided by 2THINKNOW.
