In this module, Implementers will learn and understand the process of innovation as implemented in high growth corporations. Case studies from fastest growing companies (that grow through innovations) globally, as well as exciting activities will be included to ensure that each attendee experiences an innate understanding of how the process of innovation works. This means that when they go back to work, they will have a process model of innovation to apply and implement innovations (their own or others).
