Yes. Simple contact us with details of your preferred course variation. 2thinknow will email you PDF course outlines.

Is the Innovation Course™ designed for groups?

Yes. The Innovation Course is designed for groups in the same organization in order to build innovative teams.

US / Australia Booking.

How do I book the Innovation Course™?

Simply select your preferred course variation, and book the course via 2thinknow online services centre.

Or just contact us with preferred dates, location and variation for a Proposal for your group. We can then invoice your organization.

What is the a minimum or maximum number, duration, etc?

Where is the current pricing for the Innovation Course™?

These are available in the 2thinknow online services centre. Make sure to select USA or Australia from the list on the appropriate course you are considering, and you will receive the best group price. Prices are fixed, and almost all inclusive. Prices are for groups.

What’s included in the Innovation Course™?

Everything — manuals, qualified instructors, certificates is fully inclusive with content delivered in English. It’s fixed price for a group.

The only exclusion is the venue and catering. Most companies choose to host in their boardroom or a venue near their office, and bring in catering. Catering can be excluded if preferred.

Where can you hold the Innovation Course for groups?

At your offices almost anywhere in the U.S.A.. Fixed prices include our travel.

In Australia/NZ, we can conduct the Innovation Course at our Melbourne offices, or a nearby venue, and at your offices almost anywhere in Australia.

Can I get together a group from different organizations and attend?

Yes, if you act as organizer get together a group of people. Simply submit your list of attendees, location, possible dates and contact us. You will need to collect and submit the fee from each attendee and send our whole fee to 2thinknow before the course. Also you may want to consider the venue in your costs.

Do you offer public courses ?

Not at this time, except as requested through agents from time to time.

Can I cancel or reschedule my group for the Innovation Course™?

Details are in your Proposal. Fees and charges to cancel or reschedule may apply. We also have Easy Date Change policy page here.

Can I get the contact details / phone numbers of your offices?

Yes. Here on the 2thinknow website. Just select the closest office in your time zone.

After booking, when do I need to give you a list of participants?

Numbers are needed 21 days prior for printing, these will be confirmed 14 days prior. Final names are preferred 7 days prior.  This allows us to pre-print an attendance sign-on sheet, and assists with having certificates ready.

International Bookings.

Can you provide interpreting in foreign countries/overseas offices?

Translation into any major language for the slides and manuals can be done as needed at cost. You can arrange an interpreter (as needed). Or, we can provide interpreters in Australia, Canada and the U.S. These verbal interpretation services are charged at cost.

In some cases we can include an assistant analyst who speaks the local language, assisting our trainer. This however is not the same as full verbal interpreting, as our analysts are not qualified as interpreters.

Can you organize a venue for our group?

Yes. In all cities in the world we can organise a venue at our cost. This could be a hotel or a office conference center. We have access to over 1,600 global conference centres of varying sizes at preferred rates. A sample facility standard is here: Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre or any 4 or 5 star hotel.

We can host in Melbourne, Australia or West Coast USA.

It’s just me. How can I join the Innovation Course™ in my city?

You will need to organize a group in your workplace and a book at the group price. Anyone can book at the group price. The group course is also available in a wide variety of locations.

Do you offer any individual courses globally?

We do throughout the year book the Innovation Course™ with a number of agents. These however may be industry specific versions — such as Product Service Excellence for Banking & Finance in Kuala Lumpur or a mix of industry courses in cities in the Mid-East such as Dubai. They also may not be available in your city at your preferred time.

Would you be interested in more agents or promoters for the Innovation Course™?

Why do you use English for all locations?

Examining ideas in a different language, and using different cultural norms, helps with creativity. If not everyone in your group is the same level of fluency in English, perhaps appoint a focal communicator to support the team captain for exercises. The majority of the texts are best understood in English.

Is catering included?

Catering is normally part of your venue cost. So, no.

Private Courses.

Can I book a private session for an executive or leader?

For top government and political leaders, you can enquire about 1-on-1 express 1 day training at premises. Please contact us.

What is an private session 1-on-1 of the Innovation Course™?

This is a private session session 1-on-1  typically (or 1 on 3 if you include an assistant and/or direct report) covering the core concepts of innovation relative to the leaders specific job role.

In this case, the Innovation Course™ is delivered as a dialogue rather than a series of activities. The included ideas are the same, but the length can vary from 4-8 hours based on the number of case studies included. In lieu of the teamwork aspects, leaders are given takeaway activities (i.e. homework project) for which they must complete reports to receive their Certificate of Completion. These are based on activities within their own organizations, industry or businesses.

How do I confirm my booking in the Innovation Course™?

Confirmation is automatic once the Innovation Course for your group is paid. Payment is required 14 days prior to travel by our trainer.

Why are 2thinknow presenters the best at international concepts?

We ensure that our presenters have clear English presentation, and our slides are constructed in a way that is directed towards international audience.

One of our attendees has special mobility/hearing/visual needs, can you help?

Yes. Simply advise us in the participant list you send through with plenty of notice.

Can I book in a location not listed?

2thinknow can create custom price proposals to deliver the Innovation Course at select locations, but we don’t deliver in all locations. We do some resorts and conference destinations. There may be a surcharge for more remote destinations. Please contact us.

Payment.

I have received an invoice what do I do?

Pay via wire transfer. Or if you prefer ask us, and a member of our accounts will call you in your time zone, and obtain the required details of your card for payment purposes.

Upon receipt of your payment funds cleared into our bank account via wire transfer.

How can I make my booking and give you my card?

One way is to place an order in our online booking service centre here, and this will instantly confirm your booking. You will have a choice of 2 or more dates in your location, and the price is fixed for your group. In the event of any inability to deliver the course in any of the listed regions, we will simply refund your credit card charges.
